Outfit van de dag: Oranje Shirt Outfit! (Ook leuk voor Koningsdag 👑)

Herken je dat? Dat je een rok of broek hebt, maar het niet wil lukken om er een shirt of bovenkleding bij te vinden die erbij past? Dat had ik met de turquoise rok van Laura Ashley. Ik kocht hem zo’n twintig jaar geleden via de Engelse eBay, en vind het een enorm lastige kleur, want wat past bij turquoise??
Niet veel, wat mij betreft. Van narigheid heb ik de rok meestal gedragen met donkerblauwe t-shirts, maar die kleur komt niet terug in de rok en dat vind ik ‘lastig’. Ik heb namelijk graag dat de kleur van mijn bovenkleding ergens een kleur weerspiegelt van mijn onderkleding als die een patroon heeft.

Maar nu heb ik dan toch eindelijk via Vinted een oranje shirt gevonden dat perfect past bij deze rok! En het oranje komt terug in de bloemetjes. Kijk maar:

Een oranje shirt combineren met turquoise gaat wat mij betreft prima. En in theorie zou dit ook meteen een prima Koningsdag outfit zijn! 👑
P.S. Ik heb dezelfde rok ook in het rood en ooit in het donkerblauw. Maar bij de donkerblauwe rok werd de stof helemaal dun en doorschijnend, waardoor ik die met pijn in mijn hart heb weggedaan. Maar de rode rok draag ik heel vaak.
Nog een P.S. Van deze turquoise is het elastiek helemaal lam, maar daar heb ik deze handige life hack voor!

Ja dat herken ik zeker… ik zoch al heel lang orange shirts… of ze waren er niet, of ze waren te klein dan wel veel te groot… of niet in dames maar wel in herenkleding… tot vorige week ik in Duitsland de Kik binnenliep – Klever Kleidung Kaufen bei KIK ;-) Ik zing het dan gelijk zodrai k zo’n winkel zie…. en nu heb ik dus oranje shirts in de kast, verschillende tinten, passend bij de broeken/rokken waarop ik ze wil dragen,
Hoe blij kun je zijn met iets dat 6 euro kostte en nieuw is… (ik koop zo zelden nieuwe kleding)
Wat leuk Melody! Ik kocht bij de Kik ooit een geweldig rokje en roze topje. Dat waren ook hele goede aankopen.
Ik heb ooit in het verleden een kleurentest gedaan, dus weet precies welke kleuren mij goed staan. Ik draag altijd blauwe, kaki en zwarte broeken en daar staat alle kleuren kleding op. |Heel gemakkelijk.

Ik zie je shirt niet als oranje, Nicole. Het staat je wel goed, maar ik zie het als rood :-))
Ik zie het shirt ook als rood.
En de rok blauw, niet turqoise.
Grappig dit.
Perfecte combi! Ik liep/loop voor de zomer ook tegen dit probleem aan en heb nu maar allemaal witte shirts gekocht, maar dat vind ik dus eigenlijk niks.
Wit vind ik ook erg lastig.

Al jarenlang lees ik zo nu en dan jouw blog ‘Huisvlijt’ maar ik krijg nooit jouw foto’s te zien. Nu probeerde ik het via de blog van Mieke waar jij een reactie achter liet maar weer geen foto’s. Ik laat maar weer mijn gegevens hier achter wat ik al eerder heb gedaan. Wie weet lukt het de volgende keer.
Het shirt past wel bij Koningsdag, hier kleurt alles ook al oranje. Hans

An excellent match, with the orange echoing the tiny flowers. I had a similar issue with a skirt that had a Chinese blue background with flowers. I wear a lot of colour and if you’ve had your colours analysed, it becomes a lot easier to mix colours. Otherwise an online colour wheel is a good tool. Thanks for linking
